Cost of Online Mediation
Mediation is a cost-effective alternative to expensive legal fees and lengthy court battles. Online Family Mediation offers affordable rates, with parenting mediations typically lasting 3-4 hours and property/financial mediations taking 4-6 hours, depending on complexity. After the Intake Meetings, the mediator will provide a time estimate, with a minimum of three hours required.
In addition to the below, there may be an additional fee for a child mediator if your children are to be involved in the mediation. There is also a Issuing a $280 fee for issuing a Section 60I Certificate as required for the family court.
